Blackboard Enterprise Surveys

What do you like about this software?
Instructors can log in to get a summary of their class responses.

What do you dislike about this software?
Administrators (chairs, deans, VPAA) can't see the results.  We still have
to create summaries for them as well as summaries by
programs/college/campus, etc.

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being low and 10 being high.  How satisfied
are you with the vendor’s technical support?
10, the technical support has always be quick and competent.
