Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio has an exciting opportunity for a research professional who is interested in growing the university's research and analytics capabilities. The Data Analyst serves in a crucial role for the university, reporting to and working closely with the Director of Institutional Research Analytics. The Data Analyst also works closely with a wide range of stakeholders including the President, Provost, Vice Presidents, Associate Vice Presidents, and Directors. The new Data Analyst will have the opportunity to contribute to the office as the university expands a traditional institutional research office into an office of analytics. The office has already begun small shifts toward analytics but is looking for the right individual who can collaborate with the Director of Institutional Research and Analytics to take the office to the next level.

This is an exciting time to join Our Lady of the Lake University as the university engages in a new strategic plan, has just built a $15 million residence hall, inaugurated a new campus in Houston, and has a growing national online presence. The new Data Analyst will have a significant impact on contributing to current growth and supporting new growth.
