Job Posting for Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness & Research

The Executive Director for Institutional Effectiveness and Research (IE/IR) leads and directs university institutional effectiveness and planning. The Executive Director leads by articulating a vision of IE/IR reporting and activities intended to translate data and insight into action by supporting campus-wide decision making. Under the Executive Director,  IE/IR department fosters collaboration, creativity and cohesion for data strategies and analyses that supports data informed decision-making. The Executive Director directs the daily activities of the IE/IR including student learning outcomes assessment for academic programs and goals assessment for support units; institutional research; university accreditation; and serving as a resource to strategic planning. The Executive Director plans, organizes, and manages the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of relevant data and information used in assessing institutional effectiveness.
