All,
We received the request below to provide grade distribution data.  Did any of you get the same?  Several years ago MyEdu/Pick-a-prof requested very similar data and we provided it.

I would like to make the following request:

Under the Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 §24A.1 et seq., I would like to request the grade distribution by percent and/or letter grade for every class (for the last 3 years) at Rose State College. Please ensure the documents are FERPA compliant. If possible, I preferably request the information in CSV format (any other format is fine as well).

Preferably in the form:
Course Subject, Course Number, Course Title, Course Section, Term/Semester, A+, A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D+, D, D-, F, W, Average Grade as a number, number of students taking this course.

If putting in that form is extra work, comma separated value format with the requisite information is acceptable.
In case of, please notify me if there are any costs associated with this request.

A.    Until further notice, ALL individuals on campus (employee, student, and visitor) shall use face coverings, which must cover, at a minimum, nose and mouth. This face covering shall be worn when moving throughout the campus, in hallways, breakrooms, restrooms, classrooms, or common areas or any time social distancing of at least six feet is not possible.

C.    All individuals on campus are encouraged to bring their own face covering to campus. TCC will provide surgical-style masks available to employees as deemed appropriate to their on-campus function. D.    Individuals may only remove their face coverings while on campus if all of the following three conditions are met:

E.    To conserve the College's mask supply, employees should follow the re-use guidelines:
a.     Disposable surgical-style masks worn should be worn on campus for five consecutive days, or until soiled, whichever occurs first.

UCO will require face masks in classrooms, hallways & public spaces for the Fall term as per our Fall Instruction Plan.

UCO's Fall 2020 Class Instruction Plan

  *   The number of seats available in all in-person classes will be reduced to allow for physical distancing. Additionally, spaces in facilities such as the Nigh University Center will be used for classes to accommodate distancing;
  *   Face masks will be required in classrooms, hallways and public spaces in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance. The university will provide every student a UCO-branded cloth mask at the beginning of the semester and will have a limited supply of disposable masks available if a personal cloth mask is forgotten;
  *   Many classes that are being offered in-person will also have an extended classroom with virtual seats. Students who enroll in this section will join the in-person class remotely at the scheduled class time via a livestream. There is no additional fee for those who enroll for a seat in the extended classroom.
  *   The university continues to offer fully-developed 100% online classes that provide additional flexibility and convenience for accessing course work at times that are ideal for the student;
  *   The university will also use a variety of tactics to expand access, such as adding more yet smaller class sections and other alternative instructional delivery as appropriate for a particular class;
  *   Some classes originally planned for in-person instruction may be transitioned to alternative instructional delivery. No additional fee will be assessed for the change. Students already enrolled in these classes will receive a message regarding any change in class delivery; and,
  *   As previously announced, in-person classroom instruction will wrap up by Thanksgiving Break and Fall Break will be eliminated. Class activities for the university's quiet week (Nov. 30-Dec. 4) and finals week (Dec. 7-11) will be conducted virtually. This is to help mitigate a projected spike in the virus with the onset of cold and flu season and to help prevent the spread of the virus by reducing the time people are around each other after Thanksgiving travel.

More details:
A.    Until further notice, ALL individuals on campus (employee, student, and visitor) shall use face coverings, which must cover, at a minimum, nose and mouth. This face covering shall be worn when moving throughout the campus, in hallways, breakrooms, restrooms, classrooms, or common areas or any time social distancing of at least six feet is not possible.

B.    Students shall wear face coverings at all times during classes held on campus.
C.    All individuals on campus are encouraged to bring their own face covering to campus. TCC will provide surgical-style masks available to employees as deemed appropriate to their on-campus function. a.     they are within their enclosed private workspace, and
b.     they are consistently at least six feet from others, and
c.     they are not interacting with others.
E.    To conserve the College’s mask supply, employees should follow the re-use guidelines:
a.     Disposable surgical-style masks worn should be worn on campus for five consecutive days, or until soiled, whichever occurs first.

The following outlines expectations of all OSU students and employees while on campus. This is not only to protect your health, but the health of our entire community. Wearing a mask is a sign of showing respect and care for those around you. Your continued support of these guidelines is appreciated.


  *   All OSU students, staff, faculty, contractors, vendors, suppliers and visitors must wear a face covering (mask) upon entering any public building on campus.
  *   OSU is providing health and safety materials and supplies for the campus. Eight disposable surgical masks are being provided to all OSU full-time employees. Two washable cloth face coverings are on order for all OSU full-time and temporary employees and one washable cloth face covering for all students.
