[OK-AIR] Spring reporting

We won't change the information on how the class started in our SIS so that
data will be retained.  We will have the adjusted coding in the UDS file.

Just a caution - The more columns we add to the UDS record, the more time
it's going to take to prepare the file.

Diane, we will also report all summer classes as online or interactive
video (that's how we report our synchronous courses conducted via Zoom).
