[OK-AIR] Spring reporting

This would actually work well for us.  I will leave the courses that were
originally face-to-face or blended as is in our SIS but change them to
99-other in our UDS file.  As long as it's acceptable to use the 99 code
for both those classes that went to synchronous via Zoom and asynchronous
fully online, this change would cause us the least amount of work.
