provides information about the conference hotels, and identifies
highlights of the Forum. <br><br>
Proposals for presentations, workshops, special interest groups,
affiliated groups and committee meetings must be submitted online. The

online for a meeting at the Forum. We cannot guarantee the time and day
selected because room availability is not yet known but we will do our
best. Time and day are based on first come/first served so it pays to
sign up early. Meetings can be cancelled later in writing if necessary.
You will be notified of room assignments in a few months.
