<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">UCO is accepting applications for an Assistant Director - Transformative Learning (TL) Assessment. The Assistant Director - TL Assessment will work with Assistant Directors for TL Curricular and Co-curricular
 to ensure appropriate assessment of <span class="caps">STLR</span> curricular and co-curricular activities throughout the University, assist faculty and professional staff in designing/adapting robust rubrics and learning assessments for
<span class="caps">STLR</span> activities, as well as facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions related to assessment of student learning connect to
<span class="caps">STLR</span> for professional staff, and students. The assistant director will work as a member of the
<span class="caps">STLR</span> Project Team. This position will work with IT and the
<span class="caps">STLR</span> Project Team to develop the systems, tools, processes for tracking student
<span class="caps">STLR</span> progress. The position is funded through a grant and will become permanently institutionalized. The grant specifically requires a Master’s degree in education or other relevant field with three or more years of related experience
 in assessment of student learning related to HIPs in higher education. The individual will be experienced with assessment tools and approaches that cross curricular/co-curricular spheres. Doctoral degree and experience in co-curricular learning assessment
 and with a “badging” concept is preferred. The position reports to the TL Assessment Director.
