[Okepas] PreACT for 10th grade

Just wanted everyone to know that we will be offering the PreACT (think PLAN) this fall for all Oklahoma 10th graders.  We are finalizing ordering details with ACT at this time and will send you instructions for how to order in early August.  Our testing window will be September 6 to October 31.  More details will follow as we get them.
