Good afternoon,
Many of you received the email below, but I have been asked by ACT to send it out on our OKEPAS listserv also. If you have any questions about the Fall ACT test please reach out to Tabitha Zurovetz, Oklahoma’s ACT Account Executive. Her contact information is at the bottom of the email.

Good Morning,

I wanted to share some exciting news. The OKSDE (Oklahoma State Department of Education) is offering the ACT without writing for senior retakes. This is a first come first serve basis and I expect this to fill up quickly. You should be receiving communication emails from OKSDE (stating: Oklahoma Fall State Testing) regarding ordering information. You will need to pay close attention to your drop down when uploading your seniors in PANext.  This is ONLY for seniors. I will provide some additional information below to help answer questions you may have.

Test ordering: August 5th-August 23rd (this will close if max capacity has been met prior to deadline)

·         Test Window 1: 10/1/2024 - 10/4/2024
·         10/7/2024 - 10/11/2024

·         Test Window 2: 10/15/2024 - 10/18/2024
·         10/21/2024 - 10/25/2024

Requesting accommodations
August 1-16

Requesting reconsideration of accommodations
August 19- 30

Qualified exceptions to the deadline
August 19- September 27

Material receipt weeks
Test Window 1: September 9-12, September 16-19
Test Window 2: September 23-26, September 30- October 3
