Please see (below) the opportunity for a 3 hour HOPE Awareness training with Dr. Chan Hellman. Please note that this training is IN-PERSON, THIS Friday, March 7th, in Oklahoma City. Because there are a limited number of spots available and we want to make sure every spot is filled, please only register if you are certain you are able to attend.







We will be hosting an in-person HOPE Awareness Training with Dr. Chan Hellman on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

Location: Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education - 655 Research Parkway, Oklahoma City, OK – State Regents Conference Room, Second Floor.

✔️ How Hope Predicts Positive Outcomes – for both staff and those being served
✔️ How Hope Buffers the Effects of Adversity – helping individuals navigate challenges
✔️ How Hope Can Be Influenced and Sustained – making it an actionable tool for resilience

•Learning Objectives:
✅ Understand the core components of Hope and how they lead to goal attainment.
✅ Learn how Hope can help overcome adversity on the path to well-being.
✅ Explore research-based strategies to nurture Hope in students and staff.
✅ Discover the theoretical foundations of Hope and its impact on personal and professional well-being.



Important Details:

- Lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. On-site lunch options are also available.

- Coffee, water and snacks will be provided.
