SUMMARY: The Career Development Coordinator – Special Populations reports directly to the Counseling and Career Development Manager and supports efforts to create fair and supportive learning environments across the CareerTech System by collaborating with agency staff, technology centers, and schools. This position focuses on increasing access and opportunities for special populations and non-traditional students through data-driven strategies, training, and consultation. The coordinator provides leadership in promoting fairness, belonging, and full participation in career and technology education.

SUMMARY: Serve as a coordinator between the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education (ODCTE) and administrative entities involved with the delivery of career and technology education programs and services. Assist in convening relevant partner groups for the purpose of supporting the system's strategic purposes and the goals set forth by the State Director/State Board of Career and Technology Education.
