Join Student Prep for a Valuable Professional Development Opportunity!

PK-12 Counselors, College & Career Coordinators and Administrators,


We invite you to join us for an enriching overnight conference designed to foster collaboration, share best practices, and explore innovative ideas. This event will provide up-to-date information on key topics including College and Career Readiness, PreACT, Oklahoma’s Promise, ICAP, FAFSA, and more.

Participants will also have hands-on opportunities to begin developing, updating or maintaining their school’s ICAP using the OKcollegestart platform. Please see the attached flyer for event details and the agenda.


Event Details:

Cost: Early bird registration is $195; regular registration is $200. (Includes three meals and one night’s lodging)

Accommodation: Each attendee will have their own room.

Registration Deadlines: Registration closes one month before each conference date. (Post Oak Lodge registration deadline is 3 ½ weeks away!)
  2.  Limited Spots: Spaces fill up quickly, so register early to secure your spot.
  3.  Payment Options: We accept POs, checks, or credit cards. Have your PO number ready when registering.
  4.  Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email after registering. If you don’t receive it, you’re not registered—contact us immediately.
