[Okgrants] Change the DATE? CGR Spring Meeting 2023 - RSVP

Hello All!

It turns out that UCO’s commencement ceremonies will be on May 12 too! I should’ve looked more closely at the calendar – commencement was a week earlier last year.

That said, would May 5th or May 19th work better for (most) everyone? They were both second to May 12 .

Thank you to everyone who sent a response! I haven’t had a chance to respond back to all yet. So, here’s my big thank you everyone for everything you do!!! Also, “welcome!” to Susan Dilbeck at SEOSU and anyone else new to the council.

Based on the responses from our poll, the Friday, May 12, 2023, is the date most are available for the Spring Meeting. We plan to have the meeting on the UCO campus again.

We hope everyone can make it! (And understand if you can’t!)

Please RSVP by Friday, April 28, 2023, with the name of each person in your office planning to attend. For anyone new, feel free to include an email address, and we’ll add them to our list.
