[Okgrants] OTRS Federal Matching question

Like NSU, we include the entire amount (including the Federal and External Grant Matching rate) of OTRS paid for grant-paid employees on the fringe benefits budget line.

Could you confirm if any institution includes the OTRS federal matching amount as part of the grant-funded employee benefit cost charged to the federal agency? I mean, do you submit invoices for the federal matching amount to the federal agency for reimbursement?

I would appreciate it if you could share.
