Yes.  ECU bills all grant employee salary and related benefits to the grant account, including fed match.

Could you confirm if any institution includes the OTRS federal matching amount as part of the grant-funded employee benefit cost charged to the federal agency? I mean, do you submit invoices for the federal matching amount to the federal agency for reimbursement?

I would appreciate it if you could share.
