Good Afternoon, CGR Members,

We hope all is well this Fall 2023 semester as the leaves are changing to vibrant colors, temperatures are (slowly) dropping, and the pace of the holiday season (and grant deadlines) seem(s) to speed up!

For the Fall 2023 CGR Meeting, we have collaborated with the NCURA Region V staff to combine our resources and schedule the meeting as a conference session. We hope this will allow CGR members the opportunity to network with both our Oklahoma colleagues as well as our regional colleagues on all things grants and research administration.

The CGR meeting will be held Monday, October 23, 2023, at 9:15 a.m., Red Carpet Room, Sheraton Hotel, 1 North Broadway Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK, 73012.   *   A proposed CGR Fall 2023 Meeting Agenda
     *   If you would like to add any items for discussion, feel free to email me, and I will add them to the final agenda.
     *   Plan for a group picture.
  *   Spring 2023 CGR Meeting Minutes (thank you SWOSU for preparing these!)
  *   CGR Charter/Bylaws
     *   If approved, an annual membership fee will need to be added to the charter/bylaws.
     *   The Chair and Secretary positions are open for election in the next 2-year cycle. Bring your nominations to the meeting!
  *   NCURA Conference Schedule

If you would like to attend only the CGR meeting and are NOT signed up to attend the NCURA V Regional Conference, you can still join our meeting at the prescribed time and place. The only additional cost will be parking<https://www.ncuraregionv.com/fall-2023-meeting/>.
