[Okgrants] Congressional Directed Spending requests information

Chancellor Garrett has asked that I share the following with you all:

Senator Markwayne Mullin asked that we make our colleges and universities aware of an opportunity to submit "congressional directed spending" requests for FY2025 through his website<https://www.mullin.senate.gov/services/appropriations-requests/>. The deadline for submission of these requests is March 22, 2024. If you see Senator Mullin in the near future, please express our appreciation to him for making this information available to us.
