Hello -

Southeastern Oklahoma State University (SE) would like to meet with post-award finance and payroll people to know how fellow institutions of higher education are covering terminal leave and other fringe benefits. The 2 CFR 200 Terminal leave change will affect SE grants.

My main role is post-award finances and I'm assigned to Finance. Our payroll is within HR (Jennifer Moore). Each university is structured differently so I'm not sure who that would be for you all (Research & Sponsored Programs, Finance, HR, Academic Affairs, etc). Please email me directly or reply to this email with the correct point of contact. I want to set up a Teams meeting for after the holidays.

They would be best to discuss this with unless you are discussing how this
will affect a fringe rate or something on the proposal side.
