[Okgrants] 2 CFR 200 Terminal Leave Change

Hello -

Southeastern Oklahoma State University (SE) would like to meet with post-award finance and payroll people to know how fellow institutions of higher education are covering terminal leave and other fringe benefits. The 2 CFR 200 Terminal leave change will affect SE grants.

My main role is post-award finances and I'm assigned to Finance. Our payroll is within HR (Jennifer Moore). Each university is structured differently so I'm not sure who that would be for you all (Research & Sponsored Programs, Finance, HR, Academic Affairs, etc).
