I've attached to this email the full Title II Law for your convenience.

It was discussed this morning that several universities might like to work together in the competitive grant process for Teacher Quality grants.  I am happy to try to match up the institutions with others in the same vicinity and with the same focus for the grants.  In other words, is your institution wanting to focus on the pre-service teacher prep at the baccalaureate level or the residency program at the graduate level?  Also, if you're already thinking about the grant process, who were some of the possible partners already identified?

Once I have this information, I can compile it and share it with the appropriate groups.
