For your information - Online opportunity to Israel - November 3

Subject: [ODLA] Online Learning in Israel / Testing the OneNet Bridge

To all:

This is a bit of a short notice, but thought some might be interested

if we make a special presentation available Tuesday Nov 3 @ 10:00am

The purpose is two-fold:

1) to hear about distance learning issues in other nations

2) to test out One Net's new Codian Bridge.

The session will be open so that anyone can dial in so we are not taking
reservations or keeping close tabs on who will be participating. If

you do decide to participate I would appreciate it if you would reply to
this email and state "I am participating in the Online Learning in

Israel Video" The instructions to access the bridge and the conference
are available at the bottom of this email and a brief

description of the presenter are below.

Western Oklahoma State College is hosting a group of Fulbright Scholars
from several countries and one of those visiting scholars, Dr

Elain Hoter, will be presenting "Online Learning in Israel" Dr. Hoter,
who is an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) teacher

trainer/educator with over 28 years of experience in the field of
education. She has taught courses at the university level and was a

several books including "Learning to Listen", "Listening to Learn",
