[Okgrantsmanship] COGR: Now Available - OMB Proposed Guidance on Grants Reform

The OMB Proposed Guidance to "Reform Policies Relating to Grants and Cooperative Agreements" should be published in the Federal Register (FR) tomorrow, Friday, February 1st. The Proposed Guidance, at this point, will be open for a 90-day public comment period and comments can be submitted at regulations.gov under docket number OMB-2013-0001.
