[Okgrantsmanship] Submission Analysis

Colleagues,

I would love for you to look at the number of submissions you had college-wide/university-wide in FY 12 and FY 13 to see what your trend is. You could analyze more years if it is an easy number to find. I will ask for these numbers at the end of FY 13. It could be helpful in introspection into your department to see how things are going, what is working, what needs a boost. All is important as we face more Federal funding cuts and more competition for the grants that are saved.

The national trend is a decrease from last year to this past year. Then average is around 2 or 3% decrease.
