Attached is the COGR Guide to the Uniform Guidance. The Introduction on page 1 provides an orientation to the COGR Guide.

We encourage you to pay attention to the COGR assessments and next steps in RED TEXT as we believe there are a number of issues that still need to be addressed and/or clarified.  COGR is engaging actively with federal officials on a number of topics and advocating for those interpretations that are the most intuitive, sensible, and reasonable.

The COGR Guide is organized by section as presented in the Uniform Guidance.  However, going forward COGR will share with the membership its perspective on the priority items.  A Thursday morning session at the June COGR Meeting will be focused on priority items, as will future COGR publications.
