Junior Licensing Associate

The Technology Development Center at Oklahoma State University is seeking an individual to identify, assess, protect and transfer to industry University-owned patented inventions, software, materials and other potentially licensable technologies.  This will include processing invention disclosures, and advise on of filing patent applications; reading and evaluating patent claims; developing commercial product scenarios for academic inventions; marketing to industry; and, negotiating and closing deals in licensing.
