The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs in the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology at Oklahoma State University seeks candidates to fill the position of Proposal Development Specialist.  Candidates must hold a bachelors degree in any field and have two or more years of experience in proposal development.



The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability in developing complex proposal budgets, documentation and contracts.  Experience with online application tools such as NSF/NIH/Grants.gov is a plus.  The ability to work in a collegial, productive manner and use time management skills is needed to provide high quality work under occasional deadline pressure.  Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in higher education and who are experienced in training faculty and staff in the grant application process.



Screening will begin immediately and applications received by October 15, 2014 will receive maximum consideration.  The position is contingent upon available funding and will remain open until the position is filled.
