This workshop will provide intense planning and formation for faculty members who want to create and enhance their programs of research, imbed curriculum with research, and provide a strong and effective retention strategy for their higher education institution. Many practical avenues will be proposed to achieve the goals of these strategies. Guided by practical approaches that focus on the development of inquiry based learning activities built into the undergraduate curriculum and the systematic exploration of different ways to develop and assess such a curriculum from multiple perspectives, this workshop offers practical and diverse approaches to advance the undergraduate research missions of Oklahoma's institutions of higher education. The workshop will be well worth your time and effort.

The workshop leader is Professor Mick Healey, from the United Kingdom, and who has been a praised presenter for the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) National Conferences and the 25th International Networking for Healthcare Education Conference.
