[Okgrantsmanship] Upward Bound Grant

Important question here:

For those of you that have an Upward Bound grant, how are you calculating your dropout rates?  Do you calculate the dropout rates?  Do your high schools calculate the rate?  Do you make sure the students have transferred to another school?

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.
