[Okgrantsmanship] FEMA Higher Education Program

Hello -

Does anyone have experience with this program? This is my first and a new faculty member received it. This process is has been slightly different. I'm not sure if it's because of the specific program or because the faculty member is new. I looked at our previous FEMA awards and this does not match prior FEMA awards. We've received statements of work only with period of performances. There is no mention of a budget, report dates, or any financial related details. The PI/Director is ready to get started and ready to be paid. Below is a link to "rfp." It was submitted via email.
