You will want to add the OHLAP website ( http://www.okhighered.org/ohlap) to your list of favorite Internet addresses.  We are continuously updating and adding new information to keep you as up-to-date as possible.  For example, we have posted our latest annual report showing how OHLAP is growing and how successful OHLAP students are in both high school and college.  And there are pages of Frequently Asked Questions for 2004 high school seniors as well as college students.  There is also information regarding funding of the program as it becomes available.
 
Here are a few examples of information that you can find on the OHLAP website:
 
·         Do you know how many OHLAP students graduated from your high school in 2003?  Check out pages 12-17 of our 2002-03 annual report at:  http://www.okhighered.org/ohlap/ohlap-report-02-03.pdf.
 
·         Do you know which high schools in Oklahoma were crowned the 2003 OHLAP "State Champions" for graduating the most OHLAP students?  See page 11 of our 2002-03 annual report to find out ( http://www.okhighered.org/ohlap/ohlap-report-02-03.pdf)
 
 
ATTENTION 2004 SENIORS:
 
      The end is near!  The final paperwork will be mailed to your OHLAP contact person by April 30.  These forms must be completed and returned to our office by your school after final transcripts are available.  You might want to follow-up with your counselors toward the end of school to make sure they received them.
 
 
OHLAP EXTRAS:
 
Ø We expect over 5,000 OHLAP high school seniors from this year's 2004 graduating class to qualify for the OHLAP scholarship.
Ø During the current 2003-04 academic year, nearly 6,000 OHLAP college students will receive almost $11 million in OHLAP scholarships.
Ø The cost for OHLAP scholarships will increase from about $11 million in 2003-04 to possibly $19 million in 2004-05.
