We would encourage you to go to the website so that you can be aware of the details, however the changes relate to the subjects listed below: * Second income limit delayed until the fall 2010 * Delays implementation of the new second income limit for one year until 2010-11. Students beginning college for the first time in fall 2009 will not fall under this requirement. * College GPA changes delayed until the fall 2010 * Delays the implementation of new college GPA requirements until 2010-11. * Adopted students - Expanded income limit * Students who were adopted while in the permanent custody of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services or in the court-ordered custody of a licensed, private, non-profit child-placing agency or federally recognized Indian tribe have special income guidelines. * Students in the Military - Exception to Starting College Within Three Years * Students who cannot meet the three-year deadline to start college due to active military service may receive an extension to the three-year limit.
