[OKPromise-k12-counselors] OKPromise Senior final paperwork

The OKPromise senior program verification forms were mailed on Friday,
April 29 and Monday, May 2, so the majority of you should have received
them by now.  They were all addressed to OKPromise Senior Counselor at
your respective school with the address that the State Dept. of
Education has on file.  The vast majority were mailed in the dark yellow
manilla-style envelopes with the blue/white State Regents label on the
front.  In case you have not received yours, below I've identified what
was in the envelope in hopes that you will be able to locate it.

Program Verification forms (one per student) - white paper
