[Oneac] Next OAC Meeting Date, Agenda and Minutes

Good afternoon. Below you will find the agenda for the upcoming OneNet
Advisory Council meeting as well as the minutes of the October 2000 meeting.

Subsequent to my communication on January 24th, many OAC members emailed me
with their preferred dates and times for the next meeting.  It appears that
February 23rd is the date that will best meet the schedules of a majority of
the OAC membership.  Also, due to several scheduling conflicts in the
morning, it was requested that the time be moved to the afternoon.
Therefore, the meeting will begin at 1:30 pm.

Please note that, in addition to the time change, the meeting location will
be different for this upcoming meeting.  Mac Wall has graciously offered to
provide meeting facilities at Oklahoma Educational Television Authority's
Vineyard Center.  OETA is located at 7403 North Kelley Avenue.

It is anticipated that H.323 videoconferencing will be available for OAC
members who cannot make it in person. If possible, could you please drop me
an email to verify if you are attending in person or via videoconference?
This will enable OneNet staff to make the necessary logistical and technical
accommodations.
