Good morning, SREB-SARA colleagues.

It was so nice seeing everyone again this week!  I hope you all had safe travels home.  Since one of our frequently-discussed topics seems to be the requirement for all SPEs to have an appeals procedure, I thought I would share Oklahoma’s (attached PDF).  I hope other states will reply to share their own policy/procedure for appeals so we can all get a better idea of how this looks across states.
