[S-SARA] S-SARA State Appeals Process Follow Up

Good morning SPEs,

I am hopeful everyone had a wonderful weekend. This is a friendly reminder that we have 4-1/2 months until the January 1, 2021 deadline for all SPEs to have an appeals process in place. SREB is tracking your progress with your states' processes in order to help you stay on track for the January deadline. Following is the Google Drive link for you to access SREB's tracking spreadsheet:

We ask that you please take the time to review your state's information and provide the most recent update on your state's progress towards legislation, creation and implementation of your state's appeals process directly on the spreadsheet. If you are not the best person to provide this information, please feel free to forward this email to the person who can provide the requested information. The deadline for these updates is COB Friday, August 14, 2020.
