[S-SARA] NC-SARA Form Update

Please find the new AF7 Non-Reporting Form attached above. NC-SARA plans to have the form on its website by the end of the week.

As states/SPEs, please be aware of the following:


  *   NC-SARA very much appreciated the thoughtful comments from the SPEs to make this form better.
  *   If the state denies an institution for non-reporting – the process stops.
  *   There is no appeal process for the institution in terms of non-reporting.


For this, and other NC-SARA future communications, could you please copy Marianne Boeke on your emails to states?  That way I know when it went out –- and if they contact me, I have a sense of where they are coming from.
