There are additional regulatory flexibilities due to the President's declaration of a national emergency and information about the CARES Act.

Flexibility for broad approval for the use of distance education as provided in the April 3, 2020 electronic announcement to include payment periods that overlap March 5, 2020 or that begin on or between March 5, 2020 and December 31, 2020.

WCET/SAN will continue to review the guidance and communicate with our colleagues at NASFAA and the accreditors to determine appropriate implementation of this guidance.
