Also we have scheduled two Q & A sessions for your convenience:

Two video-conferences including a brief presentation followed by a question and answer session relating to proposals will be held on July 15 and August 12, 2015, in the Regents Conference Room (2nd floor at 655 Research Parkway) at 2:00 p.m.   To register for the conference, email summeracademies at osrhe.edu<mailto:summeracademies at osrhe.edu>  indicating whether you will be attending via videoconference or in person.  Information for accessing the videoconference will be sent upon receipt of your videoconference registration.

Closing date for 2016 proposals is September 30, 2015.  Questions regarding the RFP should be directed to summeracademies at osrhe.edu<mailto:summeracademies at osrhe.edu>.
