[sa-rfp] Summer academy proposals

I have had some folks ask about matching funds and/or educational partnerships that would like to donate money to their academies if awarded. This is fine just be specific in your proposal about the funding - how much will be donated, where you plan to use those funds and specify which fund will be used for what in the academy.  I will have to know the answer if the Regents ask-be specific, be very clear-please.



I have also been asked if an institution can send in more than one proposal, the answer is yes.  Each proposal will be looked at individually.



Another question has been asked about how many days an academy can be held. We would like to see an academy held for a minimum of 3 days.  Partial weeks may receive prorated funding. This is found on page 7 of the proposal:

Remember proposals must be received by email no later than 5:00 p.m. CST on September 30, 2019.
