[Summer Academies]

Good afternoon,
The OSRHE STEM Summer Academies Request For Proposals (RFP) is now available on the OSRHE website<https://okhighered.org/grant-coordination/osrhe-grants/#sa2>. Proposals are due August 14, 2026. Please note that there are significant updates to program requirements and parameters this year, so we strongly encourage you to review the RFP carefully.

Summer Academies provide Oklahoma’s rising 8th through 12th grade students with opportunities to explore STEM career fields through engaging, hands-on experiences hosted on your campus.

A Technical Assistance meeting will be held on July 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. We encourage you to review the RFP in advance to make the most of the session. The meeting will be held via Zoom only and will not be recorded. If you are unable to attend, please feel free to reach out to me with any questions. Please note that I will be out of the office from July 31 through August 11, 2026. I encourage you to review the RFP and submit questions prior to July 30th.
