Burkhart) Date: Tue Mar 23 20:30:28 2004 Subject: [Spambeta] Problems with SPAM scanning machine Message-ID: <3E3F5F3C.9010402@onenet.net> We experienced major problems with the SPAM scanning machine from last night until early afternoon today. I don't think any messages were completely lost, but several of them bounced. From the logs, it appears that about 1/4 of the messages between 1:00 AM and 12:00 PM today bounced. I have made some changes to the configurations of the spam scanning machine that will err on the side of safety from now on. For example, if a problem develops with SpamAssassin, email will not be scanned, but it will be delivered correctly. If you have any questions, concerns or comments, you may direct them to me or to this mailing list.
