[Staff] New Items

Policy Manual has been added to the web site under the Administration
menu located on the left side of the screen.

Hey! Put it on VPS Online! If you are a member of VPS Staff, you can
post-it on the web site yourself. Just login, copy and paste from your
favorite word processor and submit, its that easy. You can still put it
in the local paper, but the paper doesn't go World Wide, and VPS Online
does.
Look at these Web Stats at how many pages viewed per month.
