[USAO-Robertson] USAO Housing - Moving Out/Leaving for Winter Break

Good afternoon!

The forecast for the upcoming weekend is favorable for snow and sleet. Housing encourages residents to leave for winter break as early as possible to avoid the inclement weather. If you are not returning to housing and need to check out, you may check out with an RA between 7 pm and 10 pm. If you have circumstances that do not allow you to check out between those times, please email myself or Myca Hinkle at mhinkle at usao.edu<mailto:mhinkle at usao.edu>. We will need 24 hour notice to guarantee arrangements can be made. Also note, graduation has been moved to 3 pm on Friday.  We will have RAs available Friday afternoon at 4 pm for check outs.
