[USAO-Robertson] Holiday Mailroom Hours

Students,

Starting next week I will have mailroom hours in the Lawson Clubhouse Mailroom so that packages can be picked up while offices are closes.  They are as follows:

December 17th: 1pm to 2pm
December 19th: 1pm to 2pm
December 21st: 1pm to 2pm
December 22nd: 11am to 12pm
December 28th: 1pm to 2pm
December 31st: 1pm to 2pm

If you need to pick up a package between the 22nd and the 28th please send me an email at rsnider at usao.edu<mailto:rsnider at usao.edu> or at mailroom at usao.edu<mailto:mailroom at usao.edu> so I can set up a time for you to pick up the package.  I will be sending out emails as packages arrive to you let you that you have something to be picked up.  Please remember I do not send emails about small packages that fit into your mailbox.  You are welcome to check your mailbox for those packages during clubhouse hours.  If you are unable to pick up your packages over the break I will have them for you when you return for the new semester.  Package pickup hours will return to normal when offices reopen on January 2nd.
