[USAO-Robertson] USAO Housing - Health & Safety Checks

Health and Safety will be next week, Monday, November 12th - Friday, November, 16th.

Tuesday, November 13th, we will also have Pest Control come on campus and spray for any unwanted pests.

When performing Health and Safety checks, staff will:

  *   Look for a clear path to all doorways
  *   Look for unsafe placement of cords
  *   Maintenance concerns including fire extinguisher service & water closets
  *   Pests
  *   Check the cleanliness of the apartment; rotting food, offensive odor, mold, and making sure trash and dishes are not over accumulated. Not taking out the trash on a regular basis and leaving dirty dishes to sit in the sink for long periods of time can attract unwanted pests.
  *   Document and policy violations
  *   Lawson Court air filters will also be changed
