[USAO-Robertson] USAO Housing -- Express Checkout

Residents,

Beginning this afternoon, express checkout boxes will be available at each RA desk. If you need to check out at a time outside of RA desk hours, you can follow the steps below to complete the process yourself:


1.       Make sure you've followed the cleaning list that was provided via email. Everything must be cleaned.

2.       All your belongings must be removed from your room.

3.       Take a blank form from the side of the Express Checkout box.

4.       Fill out the appropriate information.

5.       Take an envelope from the front of the Express Checkout box and put all housing-related keys in the envelope.

6.       Print your name on the envelope.

7.       Put form and envelope in the box.

Please know that completing an express checkout, you are taking responsibility for the condition of your room/apartment/suite and any charges that may accrue due to damages or cleanliness.
