[USAO Housing]

Health and safety will be November 19-22.



When performing Health and Safety checks, staff will:

  *   Look for a clear path to all doorways
  *   Look for unsafe placement of cords
  *   Maintenance concerns
  *   Pests
  *   Check the cleanliness of the apartment; rotting food, offensive odor, mold, and making sure trash and dishes are not over accumulated. Not taking out the trash on a regular basis and leaving dirty dishes to sit in the sink for long periods of time can attract unwanted pests.
  *   Document and policy violations
