[USAO-Robertson] IMPORTANT: City of Chickasha Mandates the Use of Face Coverings

Beginning April 10 at midnight, within the city limits of the City of Chickasha all individuals are mandated to wear a cloth face covering when making a public outing for essential activities, such as grocery shopping or outdoor exercise, and upon entering businesses.

Individuals may use a commercially available or homemade mask or face covering.

"Short term sacrifices, including wearing a mask when you go out and staying home whenever possible, help us with the long-term goal of keeping our community safe," said John Noblitt, City Manager.

Individuals are asked to refrain from buying N95 masks, as they are needed to protect medical professionals and first responders, serving on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic.
