[USAO-Robertson] Robertson Hall Winter Instructions

Good evening!

As most of you know, Robertson residents are allowed to stay on campus during the winter break. Please be mindful that food services will not be operating after Finals Week. If you leave your room for an extended period of time, please make sure you take out your trash, turn off lights, etc.

IF YOU ARE NOT RETURNING IN THE SPRING:
If you will not be returning in the Spring, you will need to complete a Housing Contract Cancellation Form, located here<https://usao-gcgxy.formstack.com/forms/room_and_board_contract_cancellation_request>, and complete a formal check-out with a Housing staff member. Please email myself directly or housing at usao.edu<mailto:housing at usao.edu> to schedule your check out.

As a reminder, there are 24-hour quiet hours during finals week, so please be mindful as your fellow classmates will be studying. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Have a great weekend and good luck on your finals!!!
